Postage around Australia is sent via Australia Post.

All our packages are sent via Australia Post express satchels with tracking codes to ensure that they arrive safely. Shipping time varies depending on location between 1-3 business days.

All items are sent out within 24hrs of payment being cleared.
NOTE: Australia Post do not operate on the weekends.

Free express shipping on all orders.

If your order does not arrive after 10 business days please check with your local post office before contacting us.

International shipping is posted through Australia Post via Air Mail. Delivery time varies depending on your location.
Flat rate registered International post of $30.

We strictly do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of heart or due to incorrect sizes or colour differences on the monitor. It is up to you to check pictures and measurements or ask questions prior to purchase.

We only offer refunds in cases where the item is grossly misrepresented. In the case of a refund you must do the following:

  • Item(s) can only be returned if we have been contacted - you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item(s).
  • Item(s) must be returned in the same conditioned as received - unwashed, unworn and with all original tags.
  • We only refund item(s) cost. Postage will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for return postage.
